Fan Club Pre-sale codes

Hey fans,

Maroon 5 will be announcing their new upcoming tour dates soon so make sure you continue to check out Maroon 5 S.I.N. for show pre-sales.

Please keep in mind the following:

When you log-in for the first time to get your new pre-sale code, you must refresh the screen, and you will see your new code.

Keep checking for updates as they'll be coming to a city near you!

Please explain the pre-sale reception

What happens in a pre-sale reception is it worth the extra 150 per ticket? (jacksonville)

I just signed up for my friend and she hasn't gotten her confirmation email. I realized i had her wrong email down, but since have correct it. Help, I need to get her the password so she can buy her tickets.

This presale thing has been too frustrating. i purchased 2 Maroon 5 S.I.N club memberships so i can get early access to the pre sale and have still not been given a redemption code. Ticketmaster says its on this end, this end says its on ticketmasters side. i just want to buy good seats wth!

from looking at the ticketmaster ticket info that it what it looks like. I sure hope it works or I will be soooo much pissed then I already am. From what I can tell people like us who just got our SIN fan club today are "junior" members

my promo code isn't working. when i click on the link for "buy now" and it takes me to ticketmaster and i enter my promo code it says that it's not in their system. please help! i got the membership specifically to buy early tickets but my code doesn't even work so it's a waste.

Okay so I joined the S.I.N Maroon 5 club and paid the membership fee in order to obtain the pre-sale code...I have a pre-sale code but it doesn't work whenever I try to use it on ticketmaster...I was hoping to purchase 2 tickets to the March 9th 2013 show in Vancouver at Rogers Arena. Can someone please help me out?

I asked about how to messg you. Not sure if you got it. I called and confirmed my membership before even trying to purchase tickets. When it didnt work , i called and they gave me a new one. They confirmed that my acct was a legacy acct.

If you didn't renew before the expiration, your account reverts back to standard/junior member status. If you want to message me I can talk further with you about this.

Yes, you are eligible; please log out, log back in and refresh again. We tested it on our end and it's working, let us know if the problem has been resolved.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I can't see my code. I got membership from the deluxe edition of H.A.O., and I have the message saying to refresh my browser but everytime I do nothing changes and I can't see a code anywhere. I don't want to miss out on tickets! What am I doing wrong, and am I even eligible for this since I'm not an OFFICIAL SIN member? :(
