Board problems - SIN PLEASE READ

Hi

I finally managed to post something. Yay!

OK now I have had some major problems this evening getting on to specific threads and posting comments. It takes forever for a page to load and I often have to the click the link a couple of times before it is successful. My login takes forever too.

I just thought that this thread would be useful for others to post their frustrations in the hope that SIN can pass on these user issues to the techies of the board.

Well it's worth a try...

Yet again and it's putting me off hanging around here...

Ugh I've had it on this board. EVERYONE seems to be having problems but no-one seems to be rectifying them... It seems to have happened since the supposed 'upgrade' on here sometime ago.

Bah. What's the point anyway? we can only talk 'happy happy joy joy' stuff on here or we get censorship of Biblical proportions.

Bah monday morning blues have hit me, bah humbug bugger f***.

BOARD PROBLEMS, I WISH LOADING WAS THE ONLY PROBLEM , IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET ON FOR 3 MONTHS FIRST IT ACCEPTED MY E-MAIL AND PASSWORD AND THEN IT DIDNT AND WELL WHAT CAN I SAY TECHNO STUFF !!!!

problems with the boards

Yes I've been having the same problems too. It does take a long time to load sometimes, but I always assumed it was because of my slow dial up connection. But what I do when I'm waiting for stuff to load, is I'll usually minimize it and play Solitare while I'm waiting. Or I'll open up a second tab and check e-mail or something. You could try doing something like that.
But while we're on the subject of frustrating things, I too have noticed another problem with these boards; They have the dates all wrong, even when I set it to my time zone. For example, I wrote some posts yesterday 8/28, but the date on my posts say 8/29. The dates sometimes say that I posted them the next day.

Yes I'm still have problems this evening. Hell I might even turn this into a daily blog on the frustrations of this board! Nope, even I'm not quite that sad...

Btw I'm not having problems with my internet connection, I can upload pages of other websites with ease and I went on another community board half an hour ago and had no problems. It's just this place! Aaaargh!!!
